A.Hello Sir
According to the Muslim law the property would be divided among all thr legal heirs equally. It would be suggested to contact a lawyer having understanding of Muslim law in your city. Although its a general rule that daughters have less share in the property as compared to sons and step children doesn't inherit from step parents.

A.Hello Sir
Distribution of the Property: Under the Muslim law, distribution of property can be made in two ways – per capita or per strip distribution. The per capita distribution method is majorly used in the Sunni law. According to this method, the estate left over by the ancestors gets equally distributed among the heirs.

A.Will need more details like gender of children and whether there are any step children to tell the shares of each child. The general rule is that sons have double the share of daughters in inheritance and step children do not inherit from step parents.
