Seeking help for my old poor aunt.

Sir,my aunt is an widow.she lived for 22 years alongwith my old ailing mother.my brother and sister in law didnot look after them .they gave food only to my mother and aunt,but they always insulted and tortured these two poor old ladies.my brother vehemently opposed my proposal when I wanted to take the old ladies out to my home at kolkata.my brother even restricted my entry to my ancestral home.now my mother died.she suffered badly and died without any medical treatment.i know same case will happen to my old aunt also.my aunt is panicked and mentally very weak.i want to take her out to my home at Kolkata and give her a respectful life.i approached the relatives but everybody scared for mu brother.they did nothing.
Sir I am totally helpless,and very much weary for my old aunt(85 years).pl give me advice.to whom I should make approach to rescue my aunt? Who will convince my wicked brother to free my aunt? Pl give me help. is there any helpline for elderly persons in jharkhand state?
