Can a person with less than 40% disability get a job in central government?

I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis which has affected my left shoulder and both elbows, the private doctor who has been treating me made a "rough estimation" of it being around 15% disability based on the tests and X-Ray. In no way it can come beyond 40. My doubt is that whether I will be eligible for a disability certificate under these circumstances? Also, Can I get a job in central government as my disability is less than 40% ? Will I be treated as a Person with disability or Unreserved category? (I know I won't be getting the reservation) and If not then can you please throw a light on the professions that I may opt for. Thanks.
If your disability is not beyond 40% then you are not eligible to get any benefit of person of disability have. You would be treated as normal perso. Talking about the profession you could opt you should contact a career counselor in this regard.

It would be advised to contact a career counselor to have more knowledge on what options you could opt in future. Although regarding the reservation it would he advised to go through the rule to have a better understanding.
