A.Hello Sir.
It would suggested to read all the terms and conditions of the employment agreement to check whether they could demand Rs. 50,000 as fee. Also if you find this amount unreasonable then you could contact a lawyer to respond to legal notice.
Thanks

A.Hi,
It is advised to reply to the notice or else they would initiate a legal proceeding, and come in mutual understanding with the company and lead to smooth resignation from the company.
Thank you.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,

At the time of joining the organization, you may have entered into an agreement or you may got an appointment letter, kindly go through the terms and conditions mentioned in that appointment letter. As it all depends on what ground they have taken to serve you the legal notice.

Kindly rate if you are convinced with the answer.

A.Service bonds can be challenged so as to escape from liability. Generally companies get executed such service bonds so as to bound the movement of employee for limited period and in case of breach companies file claim of exorbitant amount. Details of bond are required to be examined.
