How to make Central OBC-NCL certificate?

My birth place is Maharashtra and I belong to obc(leva patil) category in Maharashtra but i live in Gujarat for last 15 years but my grandfather live in Maharashtra. I have OBC-NCL (leve patidar) certificate of Maharashtra. So how to make Central OBC-NCL certificate?if yes then pls contact me.
A.Dear Sir,
You can try in both the streets and more possibly you will get such certificate for Gujurat case since for last three years you seems to be residing in Gujurat State. You have to produce three years annual incomes to the concerned officer.

If you are a person belonging to the reserved category then you could make your Caste certificate of centre. That you could make by applying in the nearest cyber cafe having e-mitra facilities.
