How to get back my original documents from company, I did not sign any agreement

Iam Sathish R, I got one job in Bengaluru. When interviewed HR told me "you have to work for atleast 6 months, after that you can to continue or leave as your wish" and she also told " in 2nd round of interview if Manager ask you to work for 2 year, you just say yes, this question is ask for checking your stability, so don't mind that" I also trust their word. After When joining, they collect my one of original certificate and said this is only for security purposes, but I did not sign any aggrement paper. After 2 days later, senior HR told " you people have to work for 2 years" then I asked this about my recruiting HR, she told " there is no need to work here compulsory for 2 years. You have to work here for 1 year is enough." At first while interview She told "it enough to work for 6 months", I asked about that, but she lie to me. Then I asked that what is the procedure, if I want to leave before 1 year, she told that I have to pay 1 month salary to get back my certificate. But this was not tell while interview. Then next 2 days later I asked this to senior HR, he told" you have to pay 1 lakh if you want to get back your certificate within 2 years, you must work here for 2 years compulsory" Then Next day I asked that senior HR " recruiting HR did not said this all when interview, so I want my certificate back, because Iam not sign any agreement till now." Now he says " pay 25 thousands and get back your certificate now" I again asked " I did not sign any agreement and you did not provide any offer letter to me, so what's this procedure ?"
They didn't told about to pay money for get back my certificate while interview and when collecting my certificate..
