Abusive uncle Abusive uncle

I live in a undivided house with my parents. My uncle and his family keeps abusing us for no reason all day long. There's physical manhandling as well. I want to take concrete legal action against them so that I and my family can live peacefully. What should I do?

A.Dear Sir,
First try to relocate from that place because if you lodge complaint definitely they will lodge counter complaint thus both of you have to make regular rounds to Police Station and Courts. If it is a own house then lease it out to a stronger person who can teach your uncle a lesson.

A.Dear Sir,

You can make a written complaint against the other family in respect of the manhandling and other issues that happens with you and your family on day to day basis. And on the other hand, file the case in the court for the partition of that property where your and your uncle's family resides.

A.Hi
Abuse can be physical, emotional, or sexual in nature. Abuse is never acceptable, and it is never your fault. It is important that you maintain your safety. While certain forms of abuse are obvious, others are more difficult to detect, particularly when it occurs within your own family. You can file a complaint under Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code, which defines intentional insult with the purpose to incite a break of the peace as "intentional insult with the intent to provoke a breach of the peace."Make a police report at the nearby police station. Under the Indian Majority Act, you are an adult, and any form of abuse will not be tolerated.
Thank you very much.
