A.A buyer or a seller can do their property registration either in the registry office or by the process of commission by the Registrar visiting the house of the buyer or seller (only if either of the parties is an aged person or else any of them is sick or ill).

A.Hello Sir
Property registration cannot be done at the lawyer's office, for that both the parties are required to appear in the registrar office and get theirs property registered their. All though you could contact your lawyer to do the paperwork in advance so that you just have to visit the registrar office and sign and get the property registered.
Thanks

A.Kindly specify what you actually wish to know because Registration can be done either by personal presence of all the parties at the Registry Office or taking additional charges, the Registrar / his nominated person after the working hours of registration will visit some other place as requested by the Seller/ Buyer for commission Registration of the matter. In Commission Registration the registration will not be completed on that date because on the very next working date, the concerned Deed is required to be presented before the Registry office during Working hours for completion of Registration by issuance of IGR thereof.
