My wife want to marry a man who is 9 year younger to her. He is also married and have a kid of 3 years. We have two children Boy 16 year old girl 11 year old. I am 48 wife is 42. Now the man's wife is not giving divorce to him. Wife's extra marital affair is going on. She is black mailing me by filing home violence case. She is taking revenge by not cooking food to my parents. Our family is prestigious. Please guide

A.File divorce case and if wife is ready then get the marriage dissolved by divorce by mutual consent. You can employee maid to carry house hold works and also to avoid conflicts. Take your parents and children in confidence.

A.Hi,
Adultery is not an offense. You can file a divorce petition in the court for seeking a divorce as that is a ground for divorce. She can't marry him without getting a divorce from you.

A.Hi,
Adultery is not a crime any more. But it's being a ground for divorce, you can file a divorce petition if you want. Unless that person is divorced, he can't marry your wife and vice versa.

A.Even if your wife files false cases against you the reputation of you family will be affected so I think it would be a better option to agree to file mutual consent divorce and get separated peacefully so that no one around you knows exactly as to what transpired in person internally. Anyway it is your decision which you may consider taking into account all the factors. Thank you.
