Refund of fees

i have done mu son's addmission in coaching institute,but discontinue after few weeks, as they were making JEE n NEET students sit together, but i mailed them i want refund because we have financial problem,vil i get refund as We have received any other facilities except teaching

A.Hello Sir
You could contact the coaching whether you would receive refund or not. Also check the terms and conditions you agreed upon while taking admission. If there is mentioned regarding the refund then you could get the same.

It would be advised to go through the terms and conditions of the policy you agreed upon while taking admission of your child. If there is conditions regarding the refund then you could claim it. If they don't then you could file a complaint against them.

A.Will you get the refund or not is a question for which the answer can come from the institute only. As a lawyer I can say only this that if they do not refund then you can go legal against them to get the refund of fees. Then they will be bound to provide the refund.
