I have been charged under 279,337 of IPC and 177,184 of MVA1988. Case was filed against me in May,2017 in Kavi police station, Kavi village, Jambusar Taluka, Bharuch District, Gujarat.
Now my case at judgement level, it shows in "ecourtserviceapp". I have to apear in Jambusar court. Is threre any way by which I can download from internet judgement after completion of final judgement? Caurt name is "S.V.Mudaliar-ADDI CIVIL JUDGE AND J.M.F.C." court complex Jambusar, Bharuch. I insert these info to get my cause list on every date.
Please guide me if possible. Thank you.

A.Hello Sir
You could visit the website of the concerned court and get the copy of latest order in your case and judgement from the e-court server. You could download the copy of that judgement for your further use.

A.I agree with what my senior has said in his remarks before me. Yes you can either download the same from the website if uploaded or else can apply for a certified copy of the judgment from the office of court itself. For all material purposes the certified copy will be an authenticated copy of the judgment.

You could obtain the copy from the e-court server of the respected court. You are just required to submit the case no. Or filing no, And other fields required their. From their you could get the latest order and the judgement if it's is a decided matter.

A.If they upload the judgment, as they are doing it across all courts in the country, then you can certainly download the copy of judgement but the better way would be get the certified copy of the judgement from the court if you want to keep it for reference.
