Does Previous Admission Statement by Opposite Party Admissible in Consumer Case

Opposite Part has Admitted one Fact in Reply to my Legal Notice. But has Contradicting in his Written Statement (WS). Does this previous admission Statement in his Reply be admissible in Consumer Court ? How can I use this to my advantage ? Is it possible for me to apply the Hon Court at this stage to impeach defendants Credit ?

A.The answer is YES .
the part that which admitted in the reply of notice having credential than that of which is contrary mentioned in their written statement.
the notice of reply is in the prior stage and the written statement is after that and therefore the point contrary mentioned in the written statement is considered as an "afterthought statement ".
Therefore, the admission given in the reply statement will prevail over the later written statement.
Yes, you may certainly bring it up in court and urge your lawyer to defend you in the matter. A contradictory statement is one in which two opposing notions that are the subject of the same argument are irreconcilable. It will strengthen your argument.

Yes, you can definitely point it out in the court of law and ask your lawyer to represent that in the case. A contradictory statement is one in which two concepts that are the topic of the same argument are incompatible and clearly opposed. It'll make your case stronger.
