Cheated girl

One girl cheated me. She bought lot of things with me and she said I will marry with you so am introduce to my whole family and colleagues also. She has a relationship with me from 06-05-2018 to 06-08-2021. Then she gone away. Reason: her parents not accept to marry with me and her parents chose one person in their family and they married also on 25-08-2021.
Is their any chance to file a case on her and their family

You can't sue her for that. That is not an offense and if you had any losses, you can file for compensation but that is also subject to some conditions. Generally, this is not an offense.

A.Hi,
This won't amount to an offense and the situation is not the same for everyone always. If you had any losses you can file a suit in court but otherwise, there is nothing you can do about it.
