Developed key employees spent 10 years to develop their skill.
As we are small team of 15 we did not had any employment agreement.
But under PF and insurance

Now 3 key employees left in one month giving personal reasons. Not settled advance

I learnt all of them joined and started on own using all business information machine design data and market information.

Can I get your advice on how to handle this situation. It has pulled my business down

They have registered Pvt Ltd co when they were still under employment

A.Hi,

A.Hi,
You can contact a lawyer and brief the facts of your case. You have to prove the aforesaid facts in court with supporting evidence. The court will adjudicate upon it after considering the facts of the case and the proofs presented.
