Mental abuse and domestic violence

I am of age 28 women having 3 years old sick child and basically a housewife . I live with my husband and in laws in their house.
As my husband is economically not that much sound, his parents always mentally harras me with verbal abuse ,taunting, scolding and by threatening to get out of their house with my child. My husband never raise his voice against his parents. My parents never support me always tell me to adjust and compromise as they are economically weak too.
I want a fair chance to live a helthy life with my child who is also a victim of fortune having already having 4 times abdominal operations in his infancy and still have little trouble.
I need financial support and mental support. As I am going through depression day by day. Sometimes suicidal thoughts also come in my mind but I want to live. Plz help me anyway if you can.

1. File for divorce from your husband on grounds of cruelty and seek maintenance.
2. Seek maintenance under s/125 crpc for yourself and your child. If your husband is financially weak, he will be liable to pay the amount from his ancestral property.
3. File a case for cruelty against your in laws under IPC.

File a police complaint under 498A IPC. Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punÂished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.
