dealing with a wife that has gone mad
my wife is being very irresponsible and is on a rampage and my 5 years old daughter is getting her mind polluted and stressed. I cannot disclose what transgressed my wife into this stupidity, but assuming its proven beyond point that she has gone insane, can I seek legal help to claim my daughter's custody even though she is of opposite gender?

A.Insanity is one of the ground for taking divorce from your spouse. Assumption is nothing in court so you should have concrete medical records of your wife showing insanity
