I used purchase good from a firm. Once I purchased goods and the owner of the firm asked me to make payment in cash as I didn't have the white money in my account back then. So the owner asked me to pay in cash for a while and settle the bank entry later. But later on the owner filed a fraud recovery suit against me in commercial court. I have no proof to prove my side. A.Hello Sir
It would be advised to to contact a good lawyer in your city to fight your case. You have made the payment via black money, which is illegal in India. Although you must contact a lawyer and show him with all the documents and payment receipts and how much you have paid via cash to help you better with the case.
Thanks

A.IF you do not have any proof of paying him in cash then it is almost impossible to do anything on this matter. You will have difficulty in fighting the case in the court. Just hire a good lawyer who can cross examine the other party and bring out the truth in the court about him taking the cash.
