Disposal of challan in court Disposal of challan in court

Sir I live in Gurgaon and I went to rajasthan, their I got a challan for red light jumping. The policeman asked fir my rc and asked to pay ₹500 and I gave him the amount and got my rc back. After few days I got a call from traffic department of Rajasthan that my amount is pending and you need to go to court to dispose off the challan. I checked my receipt and it is showing ₹500(pending). Also sir the name of owner of vechile is given right but the driver name and address is wrong.
Sir what I do now?
Do I have to go to court now and dispose of the challan? In status of challan the name of court is given but not time and date.
Can I dispose off the challan in Gurgaon court?....also sir what will happen if I don't go?
Also sir weather my mother(owner of the vechile) has to go to court or I can also get it disposed off?
Kindly reply soon

A.Hi,
The best way to settle this issue is to hire a local lawyer in Rajasthan to appear on your behalf. In that case you do not to personally go there and dispose off the case. The challan has to be disposed off in the jurisdiction of the court in which it was issued.

A.What you should is hire a lawyer form Rajasthan and request him to appear in court on your behalf and get this done for you. You may get this cleared with the help of a local lawyer. This way you can avoid going there.
It is suggested that you don't leave it just like that as it may become a trouble for you later.
