Franchise fee fraud

we are small business proprietor and as mutual understanding to a company we have deposited Rs. 11000/- for registered fee and Rs 6000/- for initial kit deposit for franchise. but after 1 year go off company not giving us any franchise or part of franchise. now they denied to refund Rs.17000/- in this situation what legal action we take against that company for our amount.

Firstly, if there was a contract agreement signed between you and the company, the contract can be legally enforceable in court or you may sue the company for damages. However, if no such contract was signed in the first place, you can still fie a case against them for fraud.

A.Yes you can take legal action against the company. With all the relevant documents you can approach a civil court for enforcing the contract ( franchise) here or to get the refunds of your money with interest and compensation.
Secondly you can also file a police complaint against them citing a reason of fraud being committed by them.
