Can get my paid houseloan from family members

Sir/madam, since 2012 me, younger brother and mother collateral applied housing loan. Till now I m paying 50% share. Now brother and mother trying to evict me and my family from home. I m ready to evict from home due to they are torching my wife and son. Is any possible to get my paid share from them.

You could file a suit against your mother and brother in order recover the money you have paid, also in case they deny then you could ask for your share in the property and get seperated. As you have paid for the loan that means the property is partially in your name, you could transfer your share in the property back to them and get your money back or you could claim your share in the property.

A.If you have valid proof of paying the money then you may try to file a Money Suit case in the civil court to recover what ever you have paid to them for the house. Meet a lawyer and show him all the relevant papers and get the case moved on.
