I have a registered domain name say xyzindia.com, a company with registered trade mark XYZ prior to my domain registration is claiming that I cant use
XYZ in my domain. Please oblige with your expert comments.

A.He has not got the domain name registered in his company's name and if you too have the business entity having the XYZ name then you can have the domain name but if you just have the domain name and not the business entity then probably the court will pass an order in his favour.
