Stay order to install the lift in society in delhi

In delhi society complex on what ground i will get stay order against installing the lift as i live in ground floor and there is no provision to install the lift and the lift will block the sunlight,ventillation and free movement to my flat
A.If there is no provision to install lift then you can complain to the Municipality department which approved the sanction plan of the building and they should stop the installation. In case they have received the approval then you can file a case in the civil court for injunction on the ground of right of easement.
