Lawyer insulting

A laywer in my hometown is insulting and saying every I am a lawyer, I know everything.
I was driving my car on learning license, it stopped them within 1 min I cleared the way. In between that 1 min he was insulting from backside on his bike. Then defaming us in the town by slang language just because he is a lawyer and I have multiple people , you can't do anything.
A.No one regardless of profession or social background can take undue advantage of his position in harassing the common people. It does not matter whether the perpetrator is a lawyer or police, if a wrong is being done then it has to be reported to police for proper action.
