Withdrawal of resignation

Sir , I have resigned from civilian post of Indian Navy at 28 March , now I want to rejoin my service , I resigned from my service due to some personal reason , there is a rule in CCS rules through which I can join , I may not be able to understand those law language , kindly help in this .
