A.Hi, if a false FIR has been lodged, then under section 482 of CrPC, you can approach The High Court by filing an application for the quashing of the false FIR and The High Court, if convinced that the FIR has been falsely implicated, can use its Inherent power under Section 482 Crpc to quash the FIR.
Other option is to continue fighting the case in the lower court itself, but first get an order for anticipatory bail, or regular bail if charge sheet is already filed.

A.If they have filed a counter FIR then first of all get the anticipatory bail done, if chargesheet is yet not filed to the court, or regular bail from the court if the chargesheet is already filed. After that you will have to fight the case in the trial court by providing the right evidence and witnesses.
