Reconciliation with wife

I had dispute with my wife & we are living separately from last 7 months.
Earlier She had approached police 2 times but no FIR was launched.
She also gave me threat for suicide. My parents had to left my house because of her behavior.

Now she wants reconciliation but before reconciliation I wanted to make sure that she accept all her mistakes in written.

Shall I ask her to write on stamp paper so it can have a legal validity for future or What options can I have for this ?

A.Yes definitely, for your security for future incidences you should make the MOU with proper legal advice. As you mentioned in your facts of case regarding two times visit police station attempt to suicide,in such case you have to compulsory prepared the Memorandum Of Understanding.

A.Hi, the validity of such a written response, especially between husband and wife is shaky. It depends on what the earlier dispute was, what exactly do you want for your wife to give in in writing? It seems that there is more information and more layers to this issue, and each layer may have its own complications. A.See matrimonial relations and full of complexities and hence the cases too. If you wish you can do so but that might lead to more loosing out on the trust that is required to build the relationship. These kinds of documentary evidences may not be very fruitful in the court of law as that might not be accepted on several grounds.
