Dear sir I am Ahmed my father had two marriages first wife is no more and they 2sons and 2daughters I am second wife son I had elder brother..my father transferred property to first wife elder son..now he is refusing to share with us my father also want to add my name what to do now

A.dear client better way to file partition suit into civil court and try to seek help from local experienced property lawyer whom deal with muslim law.
