No salary paid to intern

I worked as intern at a company after getting their work done they kicked me out and didn't pay my salary

1) You need to check the employment letter/internship letter for the terms and conditions regarding the stipend during internships.
2) If no salary was mentioned, then you are not entitled to get the benefits.
3) If a stipend was promised, then you can send a legal notice to the company and claim your salary.

A.Send them a legal notice to recover your dues but do check before sending whether in your offer letter they had mentioned about the payment or not. If they have not mentioned that in that case you can just ignore, if it was paid then go for it.
