Customization issue with builder

I have booked a flat in chennai, during customization we asked loft in the kitchen on the North wall and we are not aware of the chimney whole will be coming on that wall. It was not shown in any diagram and the person who gets customization request is also not informed about this. Now the chimney hole is inside the loft and all the electrical points (fan and light) on roof are near by loft that we can't use it. We requested to remove the loft and ready to accept removing cost as well. Previously we had some issue with the customization team regarding tile option, so now they are not accepting our request and telling not feasible due to technical issue. But the internal technical team is ready to remove the loft but without email from customization team they can't proceed further. This customization person is doing with personal grudge and not even forwarding our customization emails to technical team, he itself replying us that is not feasible. Even though if I asked loft the technical team aware of chimney hole and should stopped us before placing. How can i deal this issue legally, as my kitchen is not in the right way.
You may send a legal notice to the builder and customisation team so that it creates pressure and your kitchen issue can be solved. You can also try and solve this amicably. If all fails, you may file a case with the consumer court and get your remedy.
