Want legal openion on seperation from father who mentally harrased men by being very toxic and controlling they indirectly did it..now I just wanna break all ties with him so that he don't have any right over me anymore please help

A.Hi,
If you are 18 year old or above, you can choose not to stay with your parents and stay away from them. The relationship between father and son can't be separated legally but it is up to you whether you want to live with them or not.

A.See there is no way to break ties with a family or parents but at max what you can do, if you are major, is that you can leave the house and look for separate accommodation and start living away from him.
