Hi,
My husband's name in Marriage Certificate is xxx yyy. However in all other government ID proof his name is xxx. How to change the name in marriage certificate as given in the other ID proof

A.dear client you better need to file an application for the same along with an affidavit and supporting identification documents before the Registrar.

A.You can apply to the sub registrar to revise the name as per the ID proof.
