HAL (central PSU) has terminated me from the service showing the reason unauthorised absent. I have given resignation letter through proper channel 108 days before discontinuing from HAL. After that company had initiated exit interview procedures and stopped my salary also. I have 4.9 years of service in HAL. Now i need experience certificate ,that experience will count in present organisation for promotions. Kindly guide me how i get the experience certificate.

A.Hi,
You have the right to get the allowance and salary for the work you have done as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. You have the right to get the experience certificate and if they deny it, you can issue them a legal notice and sue them.

A.If you have worked in a PSU for whatever period then they must provide you the experience certificate or at least a release letter indicating your date of joining and date of resigning. If they do not provide you the either then send them a legal notice followed by a case in court preferably in High Court.
