A.What do you mean by double registration- the registration of a property between the same parties two times or between two different parties? If the registration is between the same parties then I wonder how the sub registrar has allowed this? This is not to be allowed and if done then register a cancellation deed at the same registrar office.
If you mean same property being registered to two different people by the seller then you will have to filer a title suit in civil court to get your rights and cancellation of other deed.
