A.arranged or love marriage does not make a difference under law. Any married woman's rights under criminal laws like Domestic Violence Act are same for all women irrespective of everything else. Certain other rights, like succession to property, procedure for divorce, etc., depend on the religion of the wife and husband and also the law under which they were married.
