Charged with IPC 376 on pretext of marriage Charged with IPC 376 on pretext of marriage

Victim and I have given each other a hand written letter before filing FIR, that we knew each other and we used to talk to each other but now we dont want to continue. After that I stopped any sort of communication with her and 10 days later she filed the FIR. She came to my home with her lawyer uncle and he signed as a witness also and I have CCTV recordings of my home that she came home on the same date with her uncle and sister.
Can this be useful in the trial? How to put this as evidence in the court?

A.hi,
yes, you can use this to support your claim. The letter can show that the relation you shared was cordial and the video footage from the CCTV may be used to support your claim that the case in hand was thought before hand and is a preplanned attempt. you can submit this as video evidence to the court.

A.Definitely, it will help you in your trial as a consenting party and before filing the case there were good relations between a complainant and you. And the story mentioned in the FIR is an afterthought and colorful version in order to falsely implicate in this matter.
