My last company has not paid my remaining salary of 4 months, i left the company after completion of my 1 year contract. It has more than 1 year since the send me mail of full and final settlement, but still they have not paid. What should i do?

A.Hi, you can first of all try to reconcile amicably with the company. If they don't budge, you can send them a legal notice for the payment of money. You also have the option of approaching the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is reached, the labour commissioner will hand over this matter to the court whereby a case against your employer may be pursued.
