Will ufm (unfair means) in university exam affect eligibility for govt job
2 years ago
After many years I got a state government job so there is a question in the attestation form that asks 'Have you ever been debarred or rusticated from university examination - yes/no? ' I have got ufm(unfair means) in the university exam During my college days
Will this affect my chances of getting the job
A.Hi,
That may not affect your job unless your job agreement mandates it. In case there is an express prohibition of such candidates, it may lead to a problem. However, you can raise objections in case of any such actions. Please contact a lawyer for further advice.

A.The question is have you been debarred or rusticated? If you have been rusticated or debarred due to UFM then you need to mention that and if not then you need not mention that. Depending on that you can write.
