I have a situation....

In that letter me and my mother get fraud in compromise letter, they mentioned our land to their name[to my ancle's name] at time of signing to the document we didn't notice this thing. [this land is come to my mother's name through paalu patta before compromise.] But now my uncle died and my aunty is claiming at now this land is belong to me, but this land Rtc is in my mother's name upto today now. And in 2016 we made a sale agriment to sale part of this land. In2018 my aunty suit a pittion in court on our land.
Please give some ways to get solve this problem.

1.in the court my father's sister filed the sue for her partition from my grand father's assets, in the complaint only 1 to 7 assets are involved in this case complaint copy. But at time of compromise, in the compromise copy they inserts the 8th asset in compromise copy, witch belongs to me. [it comes through paalu patta for my mother name] . The compromise is applys to 8th asset or not.
2.at the time of signing to compromise letter am 17 year old boy. And they taken sign from my mother has it's benifificial to my son, but their is no single asset mentioned in my name in the compromise letter. Can I cancel this court decry.
3.how can get our 8th asset back from my aunts name.

Give the any other ways, or solutions to cancel this court decry. Or to get our land back.
