My father's company has suffered a huge loss and unable to pay rent of 5 months and 2 months salary to workers . What to do now ? What will happen if they file a case on my father ? The total amount amounts to ₹5lakhs

A.In case they file a case agaisnt the company then your father can file an application for bankruptcy to protect itself form undue pressure and situations. After filing the bankruptcy nothing will happen to your father.
