For how many and which type of leaves employee is eligible in Uttar Pradesh from as per The Companies Act 2013?

A.The Companies Act does not define the leave policies of a company rather it is done under the laws and Leave rules policy based on 'Shops and Establishment Act' or 'The Factories Act '. You will have to refer to the local Laws of UP for that.
