Your first step should be to file for a divorce / judicial separation if you don't want a divorce. Adultery by husband is a valid ground for divorce. Since it is very hard to obtain direct evidence in a case pertaining to a cheating on a spouse, circumstantial evidence is sufficient.

A.facts mentioned in your query very well help you to get the divorce as you want.This will be a good case for your divorce.You must go for it.But you required some proof regarding it. Baseless allegations will not help you to get a divorce.
