Documents not sent as per the CIC order

central information commission judgement ordered CSIR-IMT to provide me two documents, co-relation document and copies of self-signed no outstanding liability certificates within 10 days on 8th September 2020. CSIR-IMT did not provide me both documents. but send me some other documents called NO demand certificate.
How should I proceed?
A.Dear Client,
If any erroneous information is provided on purpose, the organisation providing the information can be fined up to 25,000/-. Also, disciplinary action against the person or organisation can be taken. You must notify the CIC by filing an application in this case.

A.If the wrong information is provided intentionally then the organization providing information can be penalized with 25,000/- and also disciplinary action can be initiated against the person or the organization. You need to apprise the CIC by filing an application that wrong information has been provided to you.
