Marriage certificate correction

Our marriage certificate doesn't include my husband's initials. What is the procedure for adding it??

A.dear client you need to file an application before marriage registrar office for correction with proper format. submit all documents and valid proof of marriage.

Sir,
What to do incase if they reject to do changes in the certificate?? We approched once and they replied nothing can be done from their side. We cant change name anymore

A.Send a written request to the concerned Registrar who has issued certificate for relevant corrections with a self attested copy of the certificate.
