Ground for divorce

Can my husband get divorce on ground of adultery if he has proof of whatsapp chats before marriage (7 months before marriage). How strong his case will be on the basis of my past relationship .

Secondly, as per the verdict of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India,Whatsapp chatting has no evidentiary value.
So your husband's case is not strong enough.
If the chats are from before the marriage, it will be difficult for him to prove that such an adulterous relationship existed even after the marriage, so getting a divorce will be difficult for him, and he will have to prove that his wife is still in that same adulterous relationship. Essentially, the wife will have some ground to refute the claims of the husband.

A.If chats are of the time before the marriage than it will be hard for him to prove that that such adulterous relationship existed even after the marriage so it will not be very easy or smooth foe him to get the divorce and he will have to prove that his wife is in that same adulterous relationship even now basically wife gets some ground to refute the claims of the husband. Thank you.
