Sir I got a judgement in maintenance case
And 90 days are over and my lawer not yet filed a case in high court, this will be the problem for me are there is any solution to get out of it,please advice me asap thank you.

A.file condonation of delay application with valid and proper reason. court may grant your application and give you proper resolutions.

A.File an application for condonation of delay under section 5 of the Limitation Act. But you need to satisfy the Court that there was some valid reason for the delay. You being the client have the right to change your lawyer if you are not satisfied with him.

A.You have to file a petition for condonation of delay. Please ask your lawyer what is the reason for not filling the Appeal in time.
