Can HR of company convey to me for leaving my JOB ?

from Jan 2012 to Nov 2020 i have worked with leading automobile company. In Nov 2020 some fall happen with finance head and fix me in to wrong charges of attempt to fraud and later on i was terminated from company in Nov 2020.
from dec 2020 to June 2021 i did work with a CA firm and later on i come across good opportunity so i joined aviation industry .

Aviation company as C
Now almost for the last three months i am working with aviation company in finance department as third party consultant. Someone from A company complained in HR of C company that i was terminated on account of attempt to fraud. HR has not intimated anything but i get to know they have started investigation against me. Can HR of C company convey to me for leaving my JOB ?
as an third party consultant at the time of getting jobs they only requested me to share last job salary slip and experience letter. i had submitted only genuine papers with them nothing else.

Your latest company ought to have enquired about your past experience and after that only it has accepted on the job as such at this latest period it cannot ask you to leave the job all of a sudden without you giving an opportunity to serve notice period. You may approach office of Labor Commissioner to resolve the issue or get issue a legal notice threatening to initiate legal action for wrongful termination.
The HR of C can not make you leave the company as you have committed no wrong in C. If they do, then it is a breach of your rights so you have to complain to the disciplinary committee of C.
