I have taken 4 lakh education loan on 2013 for my engineering I completed my engineering in 2016 after that I started paying my emi I missed only2 emi and that missed emi was makup by paying higher amount as emi. Now I have 2 lakh left to pay but I can see in my cibil report that suit filled willful default written off setteled. I still have 27 months of tenure left which I can see in my account and I am paying regularly my emi they why did bank did this suit filled and what I can do now to remove this and improve my credit score.

A.Dear Client,
It is important to give notice to that bank asking for an explanation, and you have not said whether you received notice from the Court/ Debt Recovery Tribunal in this regard or not, because you must contest it with the relevant proof on your part. Let us know if you require any further assistance.

A.It is necessary to give notice to that bank seeking explanation thereof and you have not specified that whether you got notice from the Court/ Debt Recovery Tribunal in this regard or not because it is necessary on your part to contest therein with the relevant proof.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Banking Ombudsman or a Civil Court to resolve your issue. Normally, bankers are doing like that and confusing the borrowers by creating so many issues. You have to get call for all the records pertaining to your educational loan account by filing a suit before the Civil Court.
