A medium industry gives a contract to a micro industry to do a job. Shortly after starting the work, the medium industry does not provide the raw material, resources to the micro industry on time. Due to increasing labor cost day by day, eventually the micro industry has to stop work and demand compensation for the loss in the medium industry but the medium industry refuses. What action can the micro industry take please give proper advice.
If there was a stipulation in the contract that the medium industry shall provide the required materials to the micro industry for the purpose of manufacturing/the work, that shall amount to a breach of contract if they don't provide the materials. The medium industry shall be responsible for the losses of micro-industry pursuant to the said breach. You can contact a lawyer and move legally.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice claiming huge compensation and then file a civil suit claiming such compensation. You have to establish how much monetary loss you have incurred in this transaction.
