Submitted Original certificates in college

I have submitted Original certificates in college. And they are demanding 2years of fees but i have discontinued initially.. even I didn't write exams of 1st sem... They have holded my original certificates in college
A.Dear Sir,
Simply approach High Court and it will direct the college to return the documents irrespective of payment or non-payment of arrears of two years fees. It is like not returning dead body by the hospital authorities if relatives of dead person failed to pay hospital bills. Such authorities try to bring forcible circumstances but you must not allow them to do so because you left the college since the college is not having that standard which you were aspiring of.

It is to be noted that the certificates were given for verification, and they should be returned back after verification. Send a notice to the higher authorities in the college if the teachers are not returning. If the problem still persists then file a complaint in district consumer forum against them
