A.Hi,
One way of doing it is through filing a suit under the breach of contract. The contract would have specified the work and share in your name. So, you can claim the partner has breached the contract by not giving your respective share. With respect to mental harassment, there are no direct laws in India. However, you can file a case in the police station for harassment going by the judicial precedents and claim compensation or any specific relief.
Thank you.

A.It is necessary to know whether that Partnership Firm has been registered or not. It is also necessary to scrutinize the Partnership Deed for its terms and conditions which the other Partners are violating by restricting you to participate in that Partnership business as well as the Partner Disputes Settlement clause as specified in that Partnership Deed. Please take note that as per Section 25 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, as amended up to date, every partner is liable, jointly with all the other partners and also severally, for all acts of the firm done while he is a partner.
